A:The best way to get started is sign up for the Forums. Many of our clients are using the forums to share best practices and innovative program developments.

Q:My cardholders need training. Is the Learning Website the best way to train a large number of cardholders?
A:We have found it is the most economical and scalable way to train a large number of cardholders at one time. My Learning Center incorporates cardholder testing so that you can hold your cardholders accountable to learn the new system, and check their progress, before handing out their cards.

Q:Can I go straight to My Learning center?
A:Yes. When you login for the first time through the home page, save the login link to your favorites.

Q:I'm a program executive and want to know the benefits to using the Learning Website for someone like me.
A:The Learning Website is the most efficient means of discovering which offerings of the JPMorgan Chase product continuum can assist you and your program. Many times clients wish to see new technologies and additional tools that can assist them in saving time and money. The Learning Website is the first stop to evaluating those options all in one place.

Q:I'm not familiar with podcasting. How can this new technology help me?
A:First, Podcasting is current slang for broadcast presentations. Podcasting has made it easy and affordable to produce content you can listen to on the go, rather than having to sit at your desk or read the content. If you have an MP3 player of any sort, you can download podcasts and listen to them at any time. Our podcasting page shows you everything you need to know about downloading and playing our content.
